Rabe's Guns Consignment Contract

-Inspection of all firearms and condition to be determined and agreed upon by both parties to price at fair market value which will be set forth by Rabe's Guns.
-To grant exclusive rights to Rabe's Guns to market and sell the items listed in this agreement instore and online.
-Consignor agrees they are the rightful owner of the firearms and that the items are free of any encumbrance.
-That the items consigned will be left on consignment with Rabe's Guns for a minimum of 120 days. After 120 days, a notice to terminate the agreement is required otherwise the consignment agreement will continue until a 30-day notice is received.
-If the consignor decides to have the consigned items return at any time prior to an authorized termination, a $75.00 fee for early termination will be accessed.
-Any firearm returning to the consignor will require a background check per the federal and state laws which apply and agrees to $15.00 transfer fee. Should a consignor fail the federal 4473 and/or Pennsylvania state background check the firearm becomes the permanent property of Rabe's Guns until it is sold.
-The consignor will agree to a one-time internet account set up fee of $20.00 and consignment earnings shall be 30% of the selling price per item (70% Consignor/30% Rabe's Guns).
-Fees for other services provided by Rabe's Guns or third party (i.e. cleaning or repair, auction listing fees) are additional and not included in consignment and will be accessed at the end of the consignment contract.
-Rabe's Guns shall not be liable to the consignor for any loss or damage suffered to consignor's merchandise, including, but no limited to, loss or damage to such merchandise from fire, theft, r other casualty. Consignor hereby releases Rabe's Guns to the fullest extent possible under the law from all claims or nature in connection with or arising from any placement of the consignor's merchandise with Rabe's Guns. Consignor further covenants that he/she shall make no claim against Rabe's Guns insurance carrier or the property owner where the items are stored or held.
